Grown on micro farms in Alajuela at 1,300 to 1,445 metres, eco-pulped and dried in the sun. Roasted medium. Clean and sweet in the way Costa Rica is known for — orchard fruit up front, honey underneath, and a finish that doesn't linger heavy.
Tastes like: sweet apple, raisin, honey
Roast: Medium
Best for: Pour-over and drip. Clean enough that filter brewing shows it best.
